We did this ride April 4th and 5th 2010 with some amazing weather. This is a beautiful winding and meandoring road trip with excellent scenery. Being so early in the season, you have to be careful of sand still on the roads, but I am sure that during the summer this is not an issue. Lots of small towns with cool little watering holes for lunch ect... Check it out and enjoy. see link below,
