Sault Ste Marie - Thunder Bay.
You'll love the ride, leaving the Sault there are some awesome views of Lake Superior as well as areas to pull off the road / take pics.
Gas up sooner rather than later i.e. touring bikes, once your gas tank is reading 1/2 start looking for a place to fill up.
Bring along a fleece pullover....winds off Lake Superior can become "cool" quite quickly.
