Ontario Motorcycle RidesOntario Rides for Autism
by Kristen Mayne
When: Sunday, June 10th, 2012 Ride Start Location: Commercial Bakeries 45 Torbarrie Road,Toronto, ON, Canada Every day in Ontario, children are being diagnosed with autism. And every day, parents of those children will look for support, resources and services. Autism Ontario is that support for families across the province. Toronto City Councillor Giorgio Mammoliti knew he wanted to support a charity - but he wanted it to be a smaller charity and one that makes a difference in communities across the province. After meeting with Autism Ontario Executive Director, Marg Spoelstra and hearing about the work we do, he knew he had to look no further. Autism Ontario is thrilled about Councillor Mammoliti's support and the Ontario Rides for Autism event. Be a part of it! Ride commences at 9:30 am from Commercial Bakeries at Highway 400 & Wilson, travel north to visit the York Chapter. Route includes scenic side roads of King/Vaughan Township, Kleinburg, Hockley Valley, Caledon Hills, Terracotta before we head back south to Liberty Village for an amazing street party featuring comedian Mike Bullard.
